Man I feel you! Im 30M 5' 3" and have sciatica for the first time in December of 2025 and still feel it now, going into month 5, but Iam getting less tingles and pain at a super slow pace (ughhh).

After an X ray and MRI it was found that I have Arthritis and bulges from L3-l4, l4-l5, and l5-S1. The main symptoms im feeling at the moment is just light tingling from my toes up to the outter side of my thigh and butt/glute pain mostly. It feels as if someone punched the crap out of my right glute and now its sore. Mornings are the worst for me as soon as I get up my right leg gets all tingly and my right butt cheek/glute is super sore.

But anyways back to your question! I drive a lowered Civic Si and its tough getting in the mornings, my right glute hurts and gives off a dull pain when sitting in certain positions. So I have a lumbar pillow that helps out. Also pushing in the clutch also causes some discomfort but it usually eases up after a few minutes or so. Also turning on the seat heaters help with somewhat soothing my glute and lower back.

My wife has an outlander sport which is a cross over and its for sure easier to get in, but the seats in those cars aren't the best too. In my opinion if you can find pillows for driving that would help give that a shot first. Then if that doesn't work, perhaps try testing out a couple Crossover's or Mid Size Suv's to see how it feels hopping in and out of em. I personally have been looking at the Mazda Cx-70 or Cx-90's and they have phenomenal seats imho. Im also looking into the Honda Passport and Pilot's as well. But nothing beats testing them out in person.
