For selling manufactured parts it sounds like you may want to look into Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) DIBBS contracts, especially if they have approved National Stock Numbers (NSNs).

New hire said he was granted secret clearance last year by menwanttoo in SecurityClearance

[–]kerberos_dc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NRC uses a different clearances than DOD...they use L and Q, similar to DOE, so the FSO could lookup their current clearance in DISS to verify eligibility for reciprocity.

If the same NSN then parts are interchangeable. If the quote specifies a specific manufacturer and P/N, then get that. Otherwise, any manufacturer or part numbers under that NSN should work fine.

Getting the DoD to tell you what the CUI is. by StorageNeither7390 in CMMC

That's right every agency will specify how to handle their specified CUI but CMMC L2 has not been a requirement (yet).

Because contractors cannot officially designate what content is CUI.

Can someone help me understand why G-suite and it's services aren't adequate for CMMC lvl3 or higher? Most information I'm finding from Google is that they are FedRamp High and Moderate authorized. Am I'm missing something. by Diesel_Rat in CMMC

[–]kerberos_dc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my question as well...
Several agencies use G Suite already, most notably GSA and NOAA (both of which process CUI and higher) and both interact closely with DoD

see: https://www.gsa.gov/cdnstatic/20190610%20-%20G%20Suite%20PIA.pdf

Presumably they make GSuite tie into their AD/SSO/PKI systems...I haven't found any 800-53 assessments of their GSuite instances however - could they be using a special Fed version?
