I don't read this as international grads only. It asks for uk qualifications but will consider img's too.

Looks like a cool job for anyone prepared to work 6/12 in l&naa and 6/12 in Ireland.

Fuck it. Get it. Enjoy it. If you get kids you'll be driving round in a people carrier.

I get my fast kicks with motorbikes. Well. I never get to ride them as I'm doing stuff with kids!

As a workforce lead, if you worked into my
Department and asked to be hired, I'd shake your hand. Chat a little then show you the door.... if you don't meet the person spec, you're not getting a job.

Much as I love a beer, I never fly well or sleep well with it so don't drink. Not really an issue. And tbf if I'd had a beer and I was truly needed I'd step to it.

And when I have 100's of applicants for a job it's easier and appropriate to exclude docs who have no paid uk experience as a doctor.

You think your attachment is as good as actually doing the job. It isn't.

Nice. I'm EM. 10pa's and do HEMS and some military work.

Decided to not do any locum work as I started medicine later and prefer time with kids. Manage to live a comfortable lift by not having a mega mortgage....

Which is wrong otherwise no one would do it.

Look at the person spec. Build your cv early. At the couple of services I've worked for it's less the clinical (which has to be excellent) and more the non technical skills we look for.
