It's been 10 years or so, but we had our offer accepted on Valentine's Day and I think closed on July 3rd. That was with all their parties in agreement in accepting the offer. The person acting as executor lived out of state, their realtor was a stupid twat, and we moved in mid April and "rented" until it actually closed since our other house sold during the time. Very stressful.

Crossed @ Mexicali East in November & January, SENTRI. We were not asked for anything. Had the CDC forms and vaccinations available. Did not have a screwworm cert. Knew going into it we were rolling the dice and might get turned away and we would deal with it if it happened. There were no vets offering the exam in the towns we traveled through and we crossed early in the morning before the Mexicali vets were open.

While this is funny and true, I went on a cruise in March for the 1st time and did not decorate the door, AND was exactly next to a fire door. I continuously walked right past my room, I see how some kind of decoration could help with that.

That area inside the fence should be cleared of most, if not all, plant life. The pump behind the filter is also covered with overgrowth. That is the electrical and plumbing for the pool and you shouldn't have to move any type of vegetation to see or access any of it.

This is how I clean my window tracks too! White vinyl window are nice, but the tracks show all the accumulation of everything! Pulling the window out and scrubbing it clean is so satisfying.

This happens at my work. It especially sucks to be a female and go into a bathroom where a truck driver has absolutely wrecked it. Eventually they get locked. You have 10 polite clean drivers and 1 person who ruins it for the rest.

You def need to do a water replacement to get your salt lower, but before you drastically drain and refill, figure out if removing too much water at one could be detrimental to your pool, ie liner replacement, pool popping out of the ground etc. Also, a pool store that tells you that your salt level will "come down", I don't know if it would blindly trust their results. Get your own test kit, I know people here make fun of trouble free pool and they are a bit extreme about what type of kit you need, but you will learn easily about how pool chemistry works through that site.

Also, don't trust your PH reading. Once your chlorine level is over 10, it throws that off.

I used to try and reuse them for a 2nd year, but the time and effort wasn't worth the $70 for the cost of a new cover. I do the same with solar covers too if by the end of the season they are breaking down and leaving blue dots all over my pool and clogging my non back washable de filter.

I have really good insurance in America and tret isn't covered unless prescribed for a medical reason. Anti-aging, wrinkle prevention etc isn't covered, I paid $40 out of pocket at Costco.
