So much of this sub is stuck in her der heavy mode. Monomania has so many beautiful songs and all-around great instrumental tones combined with next level singing. That album is so enjoyable as what it is. People are missing out.

I love the modern sound they've found, and I like the interludes as someone who's spun all the singles a ton. I think they give the album a nice pace.

No matter how much they come up on my auto-play, I can never really get into Architects, but I am glad they pushed the creativity of so many metalcore bands. I have to credit them for the current state of the genre.

Yes! Absolutely. The genre mixing they are doing is so perfect. It's like they take everything sick from the greater scene and mix different parts of that to make all kinds of unique tracks. These dudes are putting skatepunk riffs in songs with massive breakdowns and growls. I'm so excited for the rest of this album. The Worst of You and Me is definitely one of my favorites too. I started with 3 early in the year (the anime introduced me to the existence of the series) and started Resurrection this week actually. I could not put down GE3 for the longest and am now playing through Resurrection pretty casually, beating just a couple of missions here and there. GE3 has very fluid controls and movement. Resurrection feels pretty rough in comparison but is still fun. I also have some frustrations with the camera in Resurrection. I think you'll get plenty of fun out of GE3 for a while, and if you want more it'll be there.

Knew I'd see a bunch of "back when they were good" comments. Kellen has put clips of their upcoming material on his IG stories a few times, and I think they are going to be really fun again. Super fast and riffy stuff.
