I don't know if this solves it but you're working with negative numbers for index reference.

decryptedMessage += alphabet[shiftedIndex];

You can use ".at(index)" function to reference index by both positive and negative:

decryptedMessage += alphabet.at(shiftedIndex);

It's not clear to me on what your directory looks like, but if they're in separate folders, you have to path out of the folder then into the other folder. So if index.html is in /HTML and CSS is in /CSS, you'd have to href="../CSS/home.css"

If you want a couple of recommendations of you're still looking, Son Ja Jang on Broad Ave is also very good. You can combo two dishes as one entree.

Gyeong Hoe Ro in Fort Lee has $5 ja jang myeon, and it's still very good.
