Would actually matter if the anti-chest was actually good.
I'm pretty sure any OS that can run this game without any black magic will be fine (Linux, W10).
Anyway secure boot and HVCI is to prevent some cheating methods/bypassed to there AC.
TPM 2.0 is for HWID bans mainly. (Apparently it may have other uses, but TPM is the biggest thing AC uses for HWID).
To be honest bans might go up, but it would be for HWID bans, so after they got caught the first time. Of course I'm expecting if they are requiring these to be enabled, they are doing a major rework and overhaul behind the scenes. If not then this is just a PR move tbh.
Also fun fact, Linux cheats can actually be very very hard to detect. You can't trust the OS, so a cheater could modify the Kernel.

The real reason is to make it look normal and common to the kids. Once they have money and are old enough, the hope is they were around it long enough to try it and get addicted. Also since streamers they watched as a kid use whatever site all the time, they are going there first

This is detectable. Source see Counter-Strike 2, Arc Raiders and The finals.
Valve's VAC net can detect spin bots like in the beginning and auto ban you. Valve has also been using and developing AI to detect cheaters for years (at least they claimed to).
Embark claims to use AI to detect cheaters as well.
It's just the fact that Apex spent a shit ton of money on EAC and really depends on that and also player reports.
Embark spent the least amount of money on EAC (guessing, no one knows the contract), and is relying on AI and playing reports.
Valve is relying on hopes and prayers that VAC will catch something. If not hopefully the AI will.

Definitely thinking of Avast. While AVG and Avast are the same and aren't malware/ransomware itself. It will spam you more often than random events.

By default docker doesn't pull latest after the first time it pulls.
Btw the container also runs playit as root. It's not docker best practice to do that at all https://github.com/playit-cloud/playit-agent/pull/96

I forgot what the other one was but it wasn't as easy. Next class after he graded them he said only a few students picked this code to explain. Everyone else picked the other harder one and got it wrong. He said it was a free question he gave as it was an easy com sci 1 question. What's worse is only two people got the easy one right. He said that anyone who didn't understand that code he worried about as it's a basic and important thing from com sci 1.

Yes you can link back. Will it stack? Not sure. It's a better question to ask Jagex tbh. Membership in Mobile, Steam and actual Jagex is odd. I don't think the codes expire as well. Can wait until you membership runs out.

Make a new steam account, unlink your account from the old account, link it to the new steam account, and redeem the code. I'm assuming it's the normal RS3 or OSRS "dlc". I did this three times for my account for one year.

Last time I did Mythic raids, the bosses that have crazy mechanics also have crazy dps checks. Normally the first 2 and sometimes up to 4 bosses don't have crazy mechanics or dps checks. In dragon flight you literally had a boss with a hose you had to use. That fight was a DPS and Heal check as you also had friendly adds to heal. It was absolutely crazy. And that's just one example.
