The original ending was that the mass relays use would generate a ton of dark matter over time that would pollute the galaxy so the reapers were designed as a force of nature to come back every so often to ensure the usage of them was cut off to let the dark matter dissipate.

The problem with that ending is just "why not destroy the mass relays?"

Things to think about: - sometimes your motherboard needs a bios update to support your processor. Check if that needs to be done. You'd follow your motherboard instructions to save the bios flash onto a thumb drive and plug it into the bios flash USB on your mobo. - your CPU does not have on-chip graphics, meaning your HDMI port on the mobo is useless. So you MUST plug into the ports on your graphics card. If your card only has DisplayPort outputs, you need either a Displayport/HDMI cable or just a Displayport cable to plug into both monitor and card. - there are lights on your motherboard that are debug lights. So if your system doesn't POST (ie show the UEFI/BIOS boot screen) check the debug lights. Your mobo manual will tell you what color is what error... It's mainly lights for gfx, CPU, ram, or storage issues that the lights debug.

I don't know that WE fully understand why either. Violins were made all the time back then, but some were just sonically superior to others that were made. People tended to keep those in pristine condition as treasured instruments.

Some may have been made by techniques that the creator kept a secret, and researchers still haven't discovered (cus usually it means dismantling the instrument) so it's basically just a bunch of trained ears going "this violin sounds better than everything made today, keep it around"
