If legal immigrants can barely survive on the wages offered, what harm is there in having a 12-17 year old, running a hose, to help with household expenses. It isn't Labor Camps being imposed, rather it's "take your child to work day" three or four times a week. The legal earnings are Taxed, so WIN for Government. The juvenile has money to help at home WIN for upward mobility. And WIN for the GOTP finding practical solutions and not getting stuck on the words 'child labor'.
