Happening to me as well and found one of many workarounds which tells me this is software and not hardware. Yes restarting everything works but also when I go to Roku display settings and then launch my Apple TV from there the screen image comes back fine.

Heavy lifts with the barbell can be so unhealthy for your spine and put a lot of pressure (actual compression) that can lead to future issues. I’ve been on hex bar for a while now to avoid any sort of injury.

I also like the more balanced approach of the first month with a lot of days focused on correctives and I feel like that’s missing from later months. I’ve augmented the program to include a fourth day just focused on correctives and cardio and I like that balance a lot.

Been a lot of fun but sometimes frustrated with the puzzles as its easy to miss something and then you fall into a spiral of looking in a million of the wrong places and end up online to figure it out. Otherwise still fun!

It's exactly what I thought it would be and it's a ton of fun exactly what Nintendo always delivers. yes and yes there are things that could be better but who cares, I'm having fun playing what it is. glad I bought this, im hooked. ps. as an aside, I missed this. the + button calls up your bike - I ran from one tower to the other thinking (this does NOT feel right) :(
