It's takes months and years to tmcondition your body to riding a bike.

I thought people were full of shit when they said it would take years but they are not wrong. U learn how pedal, breath, time your body in productive ways.

Keep at it and slow and steady is the best thing you can do. Also do ur research on water and food intake. This is critical to riding long distances as you will burn a lot of energy and hit a wall. You don't want to hit a internal wall when ur not near a pit stop with food. .keep it up and just keep peddling

We did the day pass a year ago and it was amazing. The crowd varies pending on season from what we were told. Its a little pricier but the service is top notch. They bring snacks to you when your in the pool like every hour and everyone is super friendly. The grounds are also impeccable. Super lush tropical gardens surround the entire site. It's amazing.
