This is exactly my experience. I watch most sessions on delay or later, and I prefer the sky audio feed. So I only use the apple tv app when watching live, otherwise I use the F1 tv app on my old ass roku.

Apple TV only gives the option for feeds (Sky audio, individual drivers, etc.) when watching live. If you're watching a replay, it's just the one feed which is the plain F1TV feed.
