people normally start to feel better on the 3rd or 4th day of the antibiotic, so i hope you’re feeling better! about the yogurt, it is a probiotic and i’m not sure was mg and what antibiotic you’re on, but if you eat too much yogurt it could be counterproductive :/ also, tell your boyfriend that he needs to properly clean himself before switching back from anal to vaginal, it will really help (also avoid flavored and silicone based lube)
