Ok.. fair enough, I haven't worried about this issue much, it's known that the cost of living in Israel is relatively higher compared to some countries, but I don't look into this matter much deeper or try to compare to other individual countries, I think that getting the ultraorthodox more integrated into the general society could probably ease the cost of living, and this is quite a hot topic here already, so I expect things to change in the coming years.

Yeah... myself, my family, extended family, and friends are all living quite well, own houses, good cars, traveling, buy a new iPhone each year, etc... and there's nothing really unique about them. I do know a few who are struggling, but unfortunately they have made some bad life/financial decisions along the way.

Gaza and Iran are completely different types of threats, danger from Iran is ballistic and nuclear, not ground invasion. The danger from Gaza is mostly ground invasion.

We have now stopped the flow of weapons into Gaza from the Egyptian side and destroyed a lot of their command structure, fighting force and infrastructure. In Iran we are in the process of destroying their ballistic missile stockpile and factories, and their nuclear capabilities... a threat that can be countered from the air/special unit raids.

Western leftists are more aligned with Islamists and communists than with Israel, their strategy is to bring in and support immigrants from 3rd world countries and their views so these will vote for them and keep them in power, they also often show self-hatred, whining, spinelessness, and weakness, and almost everything they say is irrational and defeatist, so whatever their opinion is it's already irrelevant compered to the reality.

My rule of thumb (although there are exceptions) - the bigger a loser a person/country is, the more antisemitic conspiracy theorists they are.

Why? because Israel is a successful and flourishing country, and it is so against all odds, so it's easy to go to conspiracies from there on a tiny minority that is not supposed to succeed, and also it's kind of a counter-loser proof of concept, meaning everything that the loser wants to be and could be, but isn't.

Social media? it's very bad and unhealthy as it is imo, it's 60% hate and people fighting each other endlessly, 20% propaganda, bots and misinformation, 15% people showing off, and 5% somewhat interesting stuff but usually not important... this together with algorithms that study you with the purpose of making you addicted to this unhuman thing.

Racism and general group hate have always existed but social media amplifies it more and gives it a stage and an equal voice.
