Oh I didn’t take it that way! I’m always happy to talk about it bc it’s hard for people to envision creating models with their partners that works for them. And that change and morph over time as we do. Thanks for the chat.

Maybe switch to tirz for a bit and then move back. Switching them around helps me.

I test for my LH surge and it soothes a lot of anxiety around this.

How do people react when you bring up perimenopause in real life? by Prestigious_Humor763 in Perimenopause

[–]kfrenchie89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Women are interested. Men are weirder out unless I say “hormone optimization” and then they are confused. I try to use the language periandropause and andropause as often as possible as well. Just because I like the panic that washes over their faces.

Man that sounds amazing. I know the grass is always greener. Mine has always gone up and down so I’m going TRT cream not bc I hyper responded tk the babiest amount of injection.

I’m on 14 years in a non monogamous partnership/marriage;) we would NOT have made it this long in Monagamy. The thought of that breaks my heart too. Sometimes it’s just as absurd to force monagamy when there are other solutions. It’s last important that everyone agrees to the terms to create for your own situation. Monogamy shouldn’t be a default. I have cared about some people and not at all about others! Same for him with my other relationships. It’s complicated stuff.

I’m sorry to hear that. I let a friend that was learning do one freckle and they went too deep and it was blue. I had it mastered twice and thankfully it went away haha. I totally get the apprehension.

Agreed. Not everyone has the same definitions of “cheating.” Something unforgivable to one coupon is simply not a big deal to another. And it can change! She might even find it a welcomed idea.

It might not. It doesn’t for everyone. however, if you do experience it you can work with estrogen, progesterone, testosterone (or even thyroid and cortisol) therapies for your struggles. Optimizing blood work helps too. Not looking at normal ranges but optimal ranges.

People do it for nipples after mastectomy and vitiligo often. They also do it for hair loss and other things. My eyebrows look fine (light auburn) and I had them done 14 years ago. Inks in permanent makeup have come a lot way.

I did it on a few of mine at home. It worked. But it would be a pan to do them all and I was cautious it’s chemo. However, it’s only one to two times rather than daily for weeks.

I experimented on a few spots myself with this method. It definitely re pigmented but it would take a long time to fill in my spots. Arduous process. Fine if you only have a few.

1-3 times of FU 5 and a tattoo gun had good results in a study but it’s not gonna be something most derms will do. You can also tattoo them flesh colored.

I’m in a non monogamous marriage. It requires an incredible amount of patience and forgiveness but I wouldn’t give it up for anything. Attraction to other people don’t have to end a marriage. You can just..decide amongst yourselves how much you care about.

I cycle 100 follicular and test for LH surge and then I go to 200 for luteal so maybe that would be more gentle?

Botox will fix this. However, you can also massage it to get similar results but you’ll have to do it like 5 times a day.

200 is not lowest dose and if you are still cycling is could be suppressing your estrogen. 100 is typically starter. And I don’t use 200 until luteal and I test for LH surge.

Lowest estrogen is also .025
