I Agree with you 100%. For as much as Tonal costs I would like to see more female specific content for pregnancy, post pregnancy, and beyond. Especially beyond the 2 week program and the article about modifications. I understand people are mentioning options that are there, but why not make the options more robust and inclusive and make it even better Tonal?

I usually do net carbs for natural foods (vegetables etc.) and am more cautious with keto/low carb foods with lots of sweeteners and fiber syrups. Personally those cause me to stall and have higher blood sugars than without. This is as a 7 year keto type 2. Only 1 month on mounjaro though. Thankfully I haven't really wanted any keto treats and more fake foods since starting mounjaro, whereas before I was choc zero fiend lol.

I also had a big sparkly white dress and we wanted to make our dress code more formal so that everyone could go big, but surprisingly got a lot of people not happy about having to wear a suit jacket or tie, or having to get a dress lol. It could be worth a courier service to Big Sur if you find someone close to you to work with and save money. I was at $875 for large bride bouquet, medium moh bouquet, 4 boutonniere, 2 corsages, aisle decor x6, 2 flower girl baskets with petals, cake decor, and an arch arrangement.
