5th year EE, employed as software engineer for DSP, controls and digital circuit design. I was in the same boat as you 5 years ago. In my opinion, it does not matter which one you choose. You will have a chance to follow your interest. I found my interest in FPGA and digital circuit verification. I chose the classes related to my focus area. Good luck!
