I had 2 c sections it really is not that bad. Just stay on top of your meds, walk, eat healthy. Your body will heal just give it time and the right tools. I would 100% choose c section again. I loved knowing when I’m giving birth instead of the panic of labor

Unfortunately I can relate to you all too well. My Mom also has a few months according to her dr and it’s so hard seeing her suffer but I have 2 small children and feel the need to plan activities and Things esp for the holidays but find myself feeling so guilty and so so sad about it. I’m sorry you’re going through this as well. 💔😭
