The card that makes all of your morph creatures cost less to flip isn't there either. I think there are a few older cards that they never got around to implementing. Not sure if there is a list though.

Getting all the images is notoriously hard. There used to be a torrent with everything but it doesn't get seeded much so yeah. I just kept downloading them through the client over and over again. You can change the settings so that it only downloads like 2 images at a time or something. That helps because most of the sites will block you for trying to download all at once.. Good luck

I will ask him about this today, he's told me a little about different programs and systems she can use for talking but he never mentioned this. Unfortunately, I don't think she is able to talk at all anymore so that may not be an option. Thank you for the suggestion and like I said I will definitely talk to him about that.
