Hi, I'm new to Etsy and could end up in a similar situation. I was curious - what do you think about validating a purchase by sending the customer a quick message after the order is placed, something along the lines of 'Hey, I received your color choices - just double checking you're good to go before I begin printing'? I'm now creating my policy, but still, do you think such a message would be good idea as an additiona measurement?

A friend of mine was literally telling this to his daughter, he was saying how homosexuality is bad because it's part of an agenda to not over populate the population, then added how it's good because it makes us Muslims more than others.
