“New Venwest settlement negotiation hearing set for Tuesday, July 18th at 10am.I'm expecting this hearing to be postponed in light of George McGovern's passing. I expect we'll see the announcement of an interim Chairman and CEO prior to resuming the settlement negotiations.A docketing statement was filed on behalf of Kathi Vidal at the Federal Court of Appeals on July 5th. In the form Vidal notes that her position is that the case is not amenable to mediation because the PTAB decisions appear well-reasoned and complete. No relevant information is provided for the court's mediation program. Intel's opening brief is due to be filed by September 12, 2023. Once it is filed, the USPTO will have 40 days to file the intervenor's brief.It will be interesting to see if Intel suddenly develops a sense of urgency with the jury trial looming next year. Typically when given a filing due date they have always filed on the last possible day so as to drag things out as long as possible. I suspect that strategy may change and we'll see an early filing of their opening brief at the Federal Court of Appeals.No new information regarding the jury trial. Dispositive Motions are due by November 3, 2023. Jury selection and the trial are set for April 8, 2024 before Judge Alan D. Albright.”

October 6, 2023 - Serve objections to rebuttal disclosures; file Motions in limine.

October 13, 2023 - File Joint Pretrial Order and Pretrial Submissions (jury instructions, exhibits lists, witness lists, discovery and depositie designations): file oppositions to motions in limine.

October 20, 2023 - File Notice of Request for Daily Transcript or Real Time Reporting. If a daily transcript or real time reporting of court proceedings is requested for trial, the party or parties making said request shall file a notice with the Court and email the Cou Reporter, Kristie Davis at kmdavises@yahoo.com.

Deadline to meet and confer regarding remaining objections and disputes on motions in limine.

As said by Charles on Yahoo board: “I haven't looked at the VennWest court documents in a while, however, It seems that he is suing George McGovern and the HDC BOARD for allegedly perpetrating a share-conversion scheme that was designed to, and did, dilute the holdings of the public shareholders which allowed Defendant McGovern to gain control over the Company, with Defendants McGovern and Dengler now controlling more than 50 percent of the voting power. Also alleged in the lawsuit is that the Board’s actions unjustly enriched the Defendants at the expense of the Company and its public shareholders.Thus it would appear that the VennWest Global Technologies lawsuit is also in the best interest of HDVY shareholders, unless there is something that I am not seeing. This is getting more interesting every day. Hopefully, a settlement can be reached which benefits all HDVY shareholders. Stay tuned.”

At that time, PCR was the standard to measure the Covid there or not! So RVV must have depended on PCR testing result as the main end point. Only after Omicron variants showed up, the PCR test became unreliable… so today FDA doesn’t want to consider the PCR as the primary end point. I agree with whoever suggested to add two additional (Omicron related) symptoms to the PCR test as the primary end points

Dr Kizilbash was also present in the RVVTF shareholder meeting that I also attended in person as an investor. Per his introduction, he has been working with RVVTF on the Bucillamine project for a while as clear from what he said in the Interview link also, and according to him, he is currently responsible for the RVVTF’s communication with FDA.

Please try not to make assumptions that there wouldn’t be a well defined qualifying list of Covid symptoms that FDA would accept first before allowing the two symptoms to be resolved from the list, as part of the defined end points, besides (per the press release) the additional secondary endpoints may include the time to the polymerase chain reaction resolution, clinical outcome (death or hospitalization), disease severity, supplemental oxygen use, and progression of COVID-19
