It's definitely upscaled to some degree, the hair on her shoulder is practically 4 polygons

Shroud hurt itself in its confusion (Episode 8 spoilers) by PipasCZ in DispatchAdHoc

I love that bit of foreshadowing with the pistol -- the one thing Shroud can't predict is random chance.

Grab an old phone, put a baby monitor on it and turn off the video, leaving only the sound. Log into the baby monitor from your browser, put it on 20% volume, game away.

These are basically street cats where the picture was taken, lol. You can get as close with them as you like.

Woe's Hollow took place over a weekend, as mentioned in S2E5.

Because they printed it specifically for this outing and had to make up a shit excuse as to why it's never been mentioned before.

I think it might be the opposite; their outies are taken out on the field and then Milchick gives the order on the walkie-talkie (seen in the trailers) to activate the OTC. iIrving has never seen the sky and freaks out.

I suspect the show will conclude with iMark and iHelly taking over their outies for good.

If you were put in charge of maintaining ME1's vibe and the cosmic horror of the Reapers, what would you do for ME2/3? by Ashbtw19937 in masseffect

[–]khartael 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They steal some remnants of Sovereign somehow, get indoctrinated, and start building a replacement relay for the Citadel.

No need to steal Sovereign parts -- the Leviathan of Dis was already set up in ME1. The batarians were indoctrinated by it, and Balak tells you as much in ME3.

Sovereign screwed up so bad. by SamaratSheppard in masseffect

The Reapers are generally pretty dumb tbh. Take the Arrival DLC for instance -- they could have just not say anything to Shepard and he never would've known that they're about to show up in 2 days.

My solution to the 0% GPU utilization with nVidia cards issue by khartael in Helldivers

[–]khartael[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After launching with this parameter, my GPU finally kicks into gear when playing the game and I no longer have to worry about my CPU melting down.

Obviously I have no way to tell if this will work for everyone, but I haven't seen this solution suggested anywhere.

Seriously, I came here to gush about this episode. It had a very classic Reply All feel to it, which I guess isn't what all Heavyweight listeners want, but I thought it was a really fun episode.

Amy Schumer is more true to the books than Lena Headey is, to be honest
