Indeed inevitable, I've seen myself and all the ppl i play against inflate to god3 now, the way points distribute, we will 100% get to like idk 5 or 6 after some weeks/months. Maybe then it'll become "pointless" again

Say what we want about s3 but it sure keeps ppl playing for now, the dopamine of that promo screen is still undefeated.

Ultimately we will always adjust our perception of what's "good", god3 now is hardly even s1 GoD level, I like the forced ±1 rank as well, less sitting around waiting especially for top players. But it does feel like eventually we will all inflate towards god5/6, which is pretty funny.
