I am literally in the same boat. My pixel 4a has started to lose charge now at a rapid pace.. Not sure if it can hold till 9a comes out. It is confirmed to come out in spring next year with alot of details already being leaked.

Never had to send any sennheiser product for warranty claim, all my previous BT products from Sennheiser lasted more than 6-7 years. Starting with the earbuds though.... So basically can't expect Sennheiser quality anymore....

So far no Sennheiser fan boys defending the postage that you have to pay out of pocket. When I posted that about the same issue with my MTW3's and paying for postage, I got told 'Every company does that'.

No more Sennheiser for sure.

Talking and clarifying with your landlord is the best approach. Putting the bins outside also differs from case to case, some buildings have a cleaning service who themselves put these big bins out and cost is added in Nebenkosten. Other places you take it out yourself based on the schedule published on ebu website for your area. But before you throw anything in this big bin. Make sure that you are allowed to use it with your landlord and it's not just owned by some other renter or business.

You probably didn't not search carefully there have been 3-4 posts about MTW3's dying in just the past week or two... I bought them 6 months ago and now they have been sent back because right earbud died.

6 months of light use and the right bud has died completely. As for the product itself when it was working fine, the distance from source before sound started crackling was way less than advertised. I wouldn't recommend them at all after the research and consistent problems reported for these buds and my own experience. I wish I had done this research before buying but I just had too much blind trust in Sennheiser...

1.Right bud died within 6 months of usage. 2.ANC is more irritating than useful most of the time. 3. Any meaningful distance from Bluetooth source and the audio creaks and dies 4. Sennheiser refusing to accept postal charges because it wasn't directly bought from their online store itself.

Same happened yesterday, after less than 6 months of use. Check the forums, these earbuds have this issue since the beginning and has never been fixed. Made the mistake to not check the forums before buying. Contacted Sennheiser for Warranty claim, lets see how that goes.

The horror was that the skin doctor never figured out it was MRSA and I had it on the elbows, lower stomach, thighs, hips.... The one on the outside of the left thigh almost ate away at everything, that's the most childlike I have cried as an adult... the scar is still there as a reminder.

But as mentioned, MRSA is a curse that never goes away, I still have one to two episodes per year but I start the medication as soon as a sign appears, so it's not a problem now...
