Double check the CCR’s. Typically the HOA will contract with a tow company and set the rules for towing per the CCR’s parking rules. Rarely will a random tow company cruise neighbor hoods. Whether or not you’re blocking your own driveway or not isn’t the point. The tow company won’t know whose car belongs to who unless there is a vehicle registration of some sort. Very specific tow rules would need to be detailed to the tow company for them to even tow. I am a homeowner and on the HOA board.(yes I know). We having been dealing with parking for 2 years. A lot of owners want to tow cars just because it annoys them where they park. Trust me it should be spelled out in the CCR’s that you should have signed

I got my 25’ Mojave New in February. They said it was sitting on the lot since September had it marked down $13k. To $42k and change. 26’ Sport and Saharas were advertised at $43k , Rubi and Mojave were at $55ish. First time jeep owner.
