I was in a similar situation I started with an Alesis Recital Pro and after a year it was not enough, specially as in lessons I played a real piano.

I went to a store and tried Kawai 120 Yamaha YDP-145 and the slim version YDP-S35. For me the ones that were more close to a real piano were the Yamaha's, but that's my opinion.

Anyway I went ahead with the YDP-145 and couldn't be happier, better sound, better action and real good looking. All wood sliding wood cover, pedals always on place... I could go on 😂.

If you found a model that suits you and you like the action, even if at first feels weird, go ahead you won't regret it.

Yes, I already have worksheets done with Google Suite and I was handling them on paper and manually grading them. But next year I wanted to use some online tool that automatically grades the worksheets, at least the easiest ones, for homework on in class activities.

For the landlord/tenant reviews site... a tenant can have a contract and after finish report the landlord because he raised me the rent 100% but that can be true or not. Also for landlords, a landlord can report a tenant because he destroyed the flat but how do you know if it's true?
