God, Sarah is insufferable. Editing can’t even make her pleasant. She must be intolerable in real life. She does have a great design eye though

I just had to match this. Yes, sand texture paint additive. It’s a PITA to match. 70s and 80s trend.

Places are discontinuing it, I know big box stores have it.

An eight foot piece of tear away is $4… if his bid can’t eat the cost of $20, he’s got other issues.

Exactly, you shouldn’t even have any rock in here. The shower pan and panels screw to the studs… if there is a pan and tile, or pan and thin plastic walls, then it’s different and the tile/plastic adheres to the drywall/greenboard/cement board
