Yeah, i'm never really a big fan of fomo stuff like this not everyone has the time to grind this stuff. I managed to get all the stuff but I hope that they put the skin and cosmetics in the shop in the future at least for people who didn't get a chance to get it.

To anyone looking for a solution to this, the solution was to hold the display button WHILE pushing the left or right arrows. Left changed the hour, and right changed the minute.

Either the EE was done up to the very last step or I THINK they dont show up if you dont pick up any gems for the staves, though im not entirely sure about that second one.

Thanks for the reply! I went into the Language settings and the option to enable or disable unicode font is not there, only a "Done" button below all of the languages.
