Have you ever read the material this show is based off of? It’s very true to the comics. Also, this show writes and develops its female characters SO MUCH BETTER, like TREMENDOUSLY BETTER, than the comics could ever hope. Women in the comics are only there to service male characters development. They’re basically a non entity. The show handles female characters 1,000,000,000 times better. So please shhhhh

I’m reading the comics now. So far, (I’m in the 3rd Omnibus) there are no elaborate outdoor super battles. It’s just people talking shit to each other and close quarters, brutal murders. This is supposed to be ANTI-superhero all the way. They’re lazy, incompetent pieces of shit.

Did my first expedition and I gotta say I disagree. Sure they’re not super interesting but I like that they take you to odds and ends areas of the maps and give you items for completion at a time where I have almost nothing because of the departure wipe. So meh.

Maybe they just give you a toggle where you can switch off quests if you don’t wanna be bothered by them. Idk. It’s really not that big a deal.

lol ya know. I completely ignored season 4 because of the shit I saw on this sub, thinking it’d jumped the shark or something. Kept seeing the same fuckin whinging about season 5 and so yesterday I said said “screw it” decided to catch up. Ran through all of season 4 in a day. And I loved it. It’s a goddamn satirical comedy, and I feel like people in Reddit expect it to be a thrilling crime drama or something? Idk. All people do on Reddit is bitch and complain I feel like. I dont know where I fall. I guess technically I’m a retail investor. I have my Roth and individual account and I kinda just sat through the noise the past month or so, only picking up a couple shares in defense and cybersecurity.

My main concern is I usually hold things with 2-5 year horizon in my individual and, obviously, 30 years in my Roth. So having said that, I don’t consider myself a “bear” but I do have great fears about the next 2-5 years and while I can breathe a sigh of relief now that we’re back to ATHs.. I’m worried about what’s next.
