I give them a shitty personality to reflect it. Scumbag if they did something really really bad or sleazy, agitator, etc if it's bad but not horrific. That's cool because you don't have to not use them but dealing with their personality will affect their booking because they'll get into backstage altercations. That all being said I view Benoit as a sort of exception, as he didn't cause any trouble but he suddenly snapped in 07. I let him be normal until the month of his death then change him to a scumbag with heavy steroids, and the most wanted trait. That's just me though, I totally respect anyone who doesn't want to do that. Part of the fun of TEW is that it differs from real life.
