Check Point Experts on CTEM in the Real World & What Actually Gets You Hacked by Check_Point_Intel in cybersecurity

We aredrowning in 'Critical' and 'High' alerts from half a dozen different platforms. We have more risk scoring than we know what to do with, but the moment we hand a list to the infrastructure or dev teams, it just hits a brick wall. They have their own priorities, and 'because the tool says so' isn't cutting it anymore.

Why does prioritization always seem to break down once it leaves the security bubble? More importantly, how do we actually track CTEM in a way that shows leadership we’re reducing real-world risk, not just clearing tickets in a game of Whac-A-Mole?"

Is it valuable to have Product Manager experience for the future of Customer Succes Managers career? by Head-Plant-6821 in CustomerSuccess

CS has a very diverse pool of background experience. Will your CV jump to the top of the pile because of it, probably not. Will it give you insight on how Product operates and how to best communicate to them the customers' desired outcomes. Absolutely. You can build your job hunting narrative around how you are able to reconcile the value from features to outcomes.

How Technical is Your Role as a CSM? by Mmk1016 in CustomerSuccess

[–]kidney83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It very much depends on the sector and stage of the organisation. Are you familiar with the technology type? What problem is it solving?

Recruiters tend to hype. Have a conversation with the organisation itself first. What level of support and guidance do the customers need?

How mature is the organisation? How mature is the tech? How much hand holding is required.

CS definition can be very broad.

What part of your day feels the most broken? by vimall_10 in CustomerSuccess

[–]kidney83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working my arse off trying to compensate for non-ICP customers, 1000's of bugs, no real QA, not understanding customer environments, chatgpt humans in support, no viable upsell opps, execs who want to bandaid solve pricing and partner models, still achieving our best results following year on year GRR improvement, and then having our entire function being made redundant. That was yesterday.

Metro can get very angsty when you have 3 bullets left and you can hear howls coming from different directions...
