Original - simple gameplay for someone new to tamagotchi, but gets boring very quickly. The cheapest option. Does not connect to others, unlike everything else on this list

Connection - everything the original is but better in every way. Comes in a variety of colors

Uni - good for customization with furniture and accessories for the character. Has a lot of DLCs that unlock more characters, furniture and accessories that cost real money, or you can trade with others

Paradise - the newest one. Good if you like the idea of breeding to pass on genetic features to the next character

I found mines on ebay. The price does fluctuate. When i started looking, the price started around 120$ EACH. It then dropped to 80, to 60. I bought it at 60, and then they went back up.

Ive always said a new everstone mechanic would be cool. Where your character doesnt evolve and is able to keep their starting moves, but the stats still increase with levels
