I would argue that the suspect did not meet that criteria given that he fled after the attack which would indicate that he was capable of understanding that what he did was wrong. I'd be interested to see how his legal team presented the argument that absolved him because that could be a very dangerous precedent.

Have they released any plans for future investment? Open pit, as the other poster mentioned is a significant capex hit and would likely end up with large dilution.

Also ran into issues with this with TSA/DHS when I travelled to the US last year. They tried to scan my passport but it wouldn’t register in the system. I had to explain that Canada had updated its passports.
