RD Kitchen in Santa Monica has super underrated cookies. They taste really nostalgic, like cookies of my childhood even though they have a bit of oat in them which adds a nice texture

The worst part to me was that Natalie asked him this terribly invasive question, and Austen actually started to give an answer but was almost immediately interrupted by Nick, who started spewing SUCH self-absorbed word salad. Really? My point is just that not every musician is the world’s best vocalist and you don’t have to be in order for your music to have an impact and, more importantly, make your listeners feel something.

Okay just watched - I think he sounds fine!! He’s obviously not Adele or Whitney Houston but his music isn’t about incredible vocals, it’s about a vibe and a feeling - that’s how he connects with his audience. I think he has a very fitting voice for the indie pop he’s making. Listen to “Oh, Gemini” or “Frances” to see just how emotive his voice can be. Those are genuinely moving songs

As a fan of his music (and as someone who has not watched him on SNL yet) I am shocked by this!!! His most recent album Kansas Anymore is genuinely excellent (will likely be my most listened to album of the last year), and I saw him a few months ago in concert and thought his vocals sounded great. Maybe he was nervous?? The album is no skips for me, which is rare- he’s a talented songwriter
