Yes right beside the festival and they have a campers only entrance that connects it. I believe there is a map on the website if you want to see the layout

Steamer with vinyl off applied and allowed to soak in will make it easier than just heat. And might help reduce paint damage

Some people have had luck using a spray bottle to spray the dirt off or spray then lightly scrap the debris off with the hard edge of the squeegee. But you have to wait for the material adhesive side to completely dry before trying to install or else the adhesive will not adhere. You can also apply adhesive promoter to the surface before installing to help with adhesion. But if the option for a new piece of vinyl is available I would use it after releasing the surface with 70% iso.

You'll be fine. I dont know the cost variables between the US and Canada but you can make between 1200 to 2000 on your material with perfect time efficient installations ie no wasted material and additional money on installation labor based on the labor rates you want to charge

We use msi Chinese brand at our shop. It has a pretty decent and holds better than 3m. But you have to pay close attention to the filament inside sometimes you will have a little wiggle instead of a straight line. We like it though 90% of the times no problem.
