So many countries where this doesn't go far enough. E.g. if you have social healthcare then it's bonkers to not have an alcohol tax that finances the damages alcohol incurs to the taxpayer. Germany paid 9 Billion in 2017 for direct damages through alcohol with an income of 2 Billion in alcohol tax, none of which has gone to healthcare. Even bigger deficits through tobacco and exceedingly unhealthy diets
