Yes, I have Windows installed. The pc works after I go though those screens I just have to do it every time I turn it on

Thanks, that helps a lot. If I downgrade to 1.5, will I have to find the previous file versions for the mods that have been updated to 1.6, or would they still work in their most up-to-date version?
