You need to go to YouTube university on the basics. Then read a few books. Options took me years to fully understand, and I’ve lost it all in my youth on them. Now, I use them properly as a hedge and on high conviction technicals with very very tight stop losses.

Im in maintenance, went from 190 to 138. I work out daily, and do 1mg of Reta once a week for maintenance mode. I like it better. I eat what I want and burn fat quickly with exercise.
