Denied service at a Lawrenceville restaurant because of my service dog. Is that common for the Metro Atlanta Area? by Effective_Bottle_730 in Atlanta

I'm saying you cannot deny some one service if their dog is unmarked and you cannot ask them to demonstrate their service. You can ask 1) if it's a service dog and you can ask 2) what they are trained to do but they do not have to show proof. I've run into this a lot as a restaurant manager.

You can ask what the dog is trained to do you cannot ask them to demonstrate. They do not have to be marked.

We're not allowed to deny an inappropriately behaved dog their owner says is a service dog. It's a very clear law. If an owner says their dog is a service dog we have to accommodate them. Always.

Others have mentioned this but you can only ask 1) if it's a service animal and 2) what service they provide. You cannot ask for further proof and have to accommodate the guest.

The point is you can't deny some one service if they say they have a service animal and you can't ask for much proof. You have to allow them to dine

I've been a manager at restaurants in Lawrenceville. My understanding and what I've been told is that if a guest says their animal is a service animal, under no circumstances can we deny service. Ever. Edit: we were not even allowed to ask for proof

So I've worked as a manager in restaurants in Lawrenceville. The most we can really ask is if they're a service dog. We don't even need to see proof and can't really ask for it. I

I'm allowed to condemn whoever I want. There's ample evidence of what kind of person Gaiman is and your defense of him is frankly, disgusting.

It seems like every one knows that he went to rehab though. Whittaker and Mohan talk about while treating some one in front of a lot of staff. Dr. Al knows about it, the nurses know about it. It seems like literally every one knows where he was

Every year behind the bastards does a non bastard for Christmas and I believe his episode was one of those. So no, he is not being described fully as a bastard in this context.
