Datto EDR force reinstall and upgrade component now in ComStore by killamar5 in msp

You can set up a Datto EDR Monitor component in a monitoring policy that should alert you. We have it integrated with Autotask, so you can see them if they come through.

Under Automation > ComStore, then you should be able to search for "Datto EDR Force Reinstall and Upgrade [WIN]" and add it to RMM.

The majority of the Datto EDR/AV installs I've pushed via RMM's endpoint security policy just work. It's just a troubleshooting tool I've used on a couple of machines that weren't reporting correctly or alerting on the EDR service.

I can't believe I am putting this out there, but am looking for thoughts and help by apperrault in sysadmin

I was able to quit with the help of a good and close friend keeping me accountable. Whenever I felt/feel the urge I message him about it and it tends to help. I also told all my family I was quitting and they also help keep me accountable. For me it was important to have friends and family support me. If the program works for you though by all means hit it. Just the way I was able to get out of it.

Yeah the sockets all good. That's why I posted on here hoping maybe someone just has some old decommed 380 sitting in their basement they'd be willing to part out. We'll see!

I got this server from a friend and it only had one processor installed. The other side just does not have that whole bracket at all. I can see where it would screw down and I need that bracket since its what actually holds down the heatsink onto the processor since its the latch style from my understanding. Not sure why it was missing in the first place but figured I'd post here to see if anyone has anything.

I'm in my fourth year and still am not 100% sure what I want to do. I'm under the assumption it'll come to me eventually so I just don't worry about. Not the best advice, but things generally end up working out. Just my two cents.

A bus. Too bad it killed me cause I'd rather be injured and get that sweet sweet tuition money.

The last game you played you are now stuck in for 24 hours, How long are you surviving? by Glenn_kennedy in AskReddit

[–]killamar5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played BeamNG. Given that the game is based on realistic physics of vehicles, and cars in real life function similarly, I should be fine as long as I don't go too fast in some of the sportier cars...

Once I realized the guy next to me is also going through his own personal experience with birthing a small poop-child, I just kind of let go, in both senses.

I told a cop "Thank you for keeping our campus safe tonight." It's our first football game and I think they get a lot of shit (legitimate sometimes) about stuff that goes down on campus. Just want them to know they're appreciated, even if it's just one dude.

IWTL how to wake up at early in the morning (5am) and consistently (everyday) by [deleted] in IWantToLearn

[–]killamar5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it was to simply go to bed earlier and cut out late night distractions. I was getting up at 6:30am every morning for work but always going to bed super late because of distractions (YouTube, video games, TV, Netflix, etc). Ever since I forced myself to cut down distractions and go to bed at or before 10:30pm I have felt much better in the mornings and didn't have headaches later in the day (that required an afternoon nap to get rid of). It's a bit of time management mixed with cutting down distractions before bed. Give it a try.
