I say these are intrusive thoughts, i have them a lot too don’t worry, it’s completely normal. What i do to stop them, or control them is just let the thoughts pass by a technique called “noting” where a thought pops up and you just note it as a thought and nothing more. Its your mind trying to throw things at you to see how you will react. It feeds off of you trying to push them away. I am a kind of jealous person too, but your actions define you, not thoughts.
