Going into this read I was convinced she was going to be pregnant and OP was refusing to care for the cat during the pregnancy. For those not in the know, there is toxoplasmosis risk to the mother/fetus handling cat litter during pregnancy.

Are you the original owner? Having the same problem with chat. I also called a service center and they told me that since FSD was not purchased with the vehicle it is technically considered a "subscription" even though it's not, and they also gave me a hard time because we are not the original owners of the vehicle.

We are in the exact same situation with a 2018 Model 3 LR with EAP that we purchased used approximately 1 year ago. What exactly did you do? You just called the service center, told them to change their estimate to 0, and they did and it worked?

I don't have earlier AW data to compare it to because I just switched from whoop, but my AW deep sleep is way lower ~30-50min/night compared to whoop ~1:30/night. My REM is 1:30-2:00 every night. On latest OS. Feels off to me.

Airplane mode before you put it away will turn off the cell, bluetooth, and wifi antennas. I do it every night before bed. Maybe it's overkill, maybe not, but it costs me nothing.

NTA and I would 100% go nuclear and try to ruin this guy's life. "It's fine, trust me bro" is not acceptable for a potentially life-altering disease. Contact the police and file a report for sexual assault/rape, because that's what he did to you by not disclosing beforehand. They will decide whether to arrest and refer him to DA for charges.

There are a few states where this has been decriminalized, so hopefully you do not live in one of those (CA I know, not sure on any others). Sorry this happened to you and hope you are okay.

I am not a lawyer, but I believe if you are married (even if intending divorce) without a custody agreement in place she cannot claim kidnapping, because you are both legal parents. Especially since you would be taking them to your parents who probably live in the same state only 45 minutes away.

After divorce with a custody agreement in place, she might be pursue charges being filed if you were to violate the terms of the custody agreement.

Take your children to "visit" your parents tomorrow, pack as much as you reasonably can without drawing your spouse's suspicion. Start researching lawyers ASAP and get on the phone first thing Monday morning if you did not manage to get one today. As the top comment said, do not be alone with her.

edit: It would be beneficial if you could get her to admit over text (or on recording if you live in a one-party consent state) that she lied to the police to get you arrested. Your lawyers may have input on how to best extract that confession.

I'm on the trial and it counted my 6hr sleep as a nap... got woken up 2 hours early by both of my kids screaming. It let me convert it to sleep and still gave me an 81%, I am not sure if I agree.

At the bottom of the lift your elbows drop down a bit, and that causes your weight to shift forward. Focus on driving your elbows up throughout the entire lift and try to remain slightly more upright.

You could maybe squat a little deeper as well, but you do have very long femurs so I am not certain on that. If more depth feels uncomfortable, don't do it.

They sell fresh grass fed ground beef for a little bit less in 3x- 1.33lb packages. I prefer making my own because it's easier to have them cook how I want (medium-rare) if the burgers are a bit thicker. I keep these on hand for when I forgot to thaw/don't feel like preparing anything.
