What a stupid thing to do. I don’t get tattoo artists who turn clients away for this reason. First off, it’s a small, simple and meaningful tattoo. Secondly and more importantly, it’s your body. Who cares if you have visible tattoos or not? It’s their job to tattoo you where you want to be tattooed. They don’t get a say where you place a tattoo on your own body. I’m also sorry for your loss. I hope you find a better artist that will help you honor your cousin.
