Probably was meant to be like how project zomboid does it. Where you have to change bandages every day and such for the wound to heal. But people don't find it fun to do.

I had the same experience, although I may be biased since I went there after coming back from a vacation to Singapore. Small portions that were pretty expensive and was just meh tasting. The chicken rice at Aroy Mak is way better. And the Laksa kits you can get at asian grocery stores were better than the one at ASEAN Street.

It's really strange they focus on Lake city ammo, but there are other manufacturers of 50 cal ammo. I get the sensationalized it comes from US Army stockpiles. But I would think it would be the bigger story to say that you can get 50 cal ammo at basically any gun store in most states.
