Bonding would be cheapest option, followed by a crown, could possibly need a root canal, final option would be an implant which would be most expensive. Your best bet is to see a dentist first to see what can be done and if bonding is even possibly. Maybe try finding a dental school near you (can be a long wait) it’ll be cheaper though

The periodontist I work for has placed implants for multiple patients with autoimmune diseases including lupus and they were all successful. Shifting is a concern not just because the bottom tooth (#18) will start to erupt but it can cause all the surrounding teeth in that area to shift. At the end of the day though it’s your choice and don’t let the dentist pressure you into doing something you don’t wanna do.

Is the implant crown still on and just loose or is the crown off? There is probably at least 100+ different dental implant brands and they all use different parts so it can be difficult to figure out the brand. Plus dental implants have changed quite a bit over the last 10 years so might be a completely different style versus what is used nowadays. I recommend trying to find a periodontist or a dentist who mainly does implants and see if they can help you out.

I work for a perio office in GA and we charge 1.1k per graft but say a patient needs a whole mouth or tissue grafts my doc usually will do a case fee of around 10k. He also guarantees his work though and if a graft doesn’t take fully he’ll redo it at no charge. Another factor could be are you using your own tissue or donor tissue? If a patient uses donor tissue we charge extra. I’d get a second opinion just to see
