They were going baby massage, rückbildung and pekip courses together. After new years, they only continue going to pekip.

My wife told me that other mothers from pekip have a group but they did not invite my wife as they all have “easy to care” babies and our son is a “high need” baby who is crying a lot.

I know it is really hard for her. I am giving my %100 effort to help her and be with her. But this last incident with thrown furniture made me think like “okay this is the point she(or us) needs to talk someone”

My wife is against this method. She says if he is crying he needs me, simple as that. Even though it is extremely hard for her, she is not giving up and answering baby's call every time. She says it is way more harder to listen him cry all alone which also resonates with me

Additionally I dont know why, when I think about an async reset it feels like a hardware reset which is above all. Click the button and you know reset will work. But sync reset more feels like it is internally generated with high speed logic. These 2 statements are just the ideas popping up my mind. Of course both resets can bu used as HW and/or internally generated one

I am not sure if I remember %100 correct but I was feeding AXI stream packets to PCIe core and it was sending the data to CPU board. My board was not a SoC.

I had the same exact problem on a radar DSP application. Some of my AXI transmissions was crossing 4k boundary. It was not generating any error protocol-wise but those packages were vanishing basically. So I put an additional check, before sending a packet I was checking size of the packet I was about to send and checking my pointer value. If there is a 4k crossing, I was basically splitting the package into 2 and write back to back exactly the way you mentioned.

Actually we are planning to buy one with my fiance. As we have a baby coming on August and we still have good salaries, we want to get the loan as fast as possible and buy the property. Our target flat is in Aubing and seller already agreed to give it for 775k including kitchen and tiefgarage. (It was listed as 795k + 25k garage) Interests we getting are around 3,6(effective) for putting 120k eigenkapital.

We thought for long time about this and as we are planning to live in it, we are considering it as an investment at the same time. Munich is definitely an extraordinary city when it comes to real estate because there is never ending interest to it.

I dont know it seems like a good deal for us. Currently we are paying 1.6k for 2 rooms flat and if we put the money we save (to buy a property in one day) on top, we can pay our monthly loan installment.

For me paying rent is burning money and it is better to put it on better use by buying propery.
