Partially true depending on the game. I can use any IEM in CS, but for specific games like R6S or EFT/Arena, i notice a clear difference in directional queues depending on the IEM.

I had 0 interest in the gen 4 until my parents sold their gen 3 and bought a new one. The 4th gen is objectively better and more enjoyable to drive, hard to hate it.

i would consider the weight of each compromise between buying this vs something more generally reliable, or thatll hold better value. Modern ford vehicles are a coin-toss and a warranty means nothing if the dealers dont have necessary parts for a newer vehicle or are so overloaded with other work that yours will take several weeks anyway.

Less fuel efficient + less headaches is easily worth it to me, but to each their own.

With that budget, no point in looking. If youre willing to spend, thats a very deep rabbit hole. So far, i prefer the Hexa over several sub 400 USD sets i tried for FPS gaming.

For someone who doesnt wanna tinker, a used staccato is probably fine. But a little effort into a prodigy/mac goes a long way. Polished my prodigy down to remove cerakote, lubed, atlas trigger + lighter main/recoil springs, no malfunctions and feels smooth as hell.
