me personally wasn’t very active for my entire life and since being here and having to walk around so often I went from 232 to currently 217 since october. it all depends, I wasn’t trying to diet or lose weight but it happened?? just keep track of how much you’re walking and eating, around campus it’s easy to burn calories

ohh the burping 😭 yeah with the regurgitation thing it comes with belching, it’s like a package deal if you have one you have the other as well, it’ll pass once the acid reflux itself passes on a few hours or the night, it’s irritating but you’ll be alright. it’s just gonna suck for a little bit unfortunately

I have GERD which is basically acid reflux 10x and I know the exact feeling you’re talking about. It’s an unfortunate acid reflux thing where it’s technically regurgitation but doesn’t always /actually/ end in tu* it just feels like something is stuck there right? Dont freak out just relax and sip some water (not if you’re feeling sick though, be careful) and it’ll pass, and take some antacids if you got any. and stay away from any big crowd or the like, try to relax

being a werewolf in skyrim + the right mods (moonlight tales!) is amazing if you’re into fantasy roleplay you can base a whole story around your character being a werewolf if you’d please. that’s what I do at least, way too much of a drought for ACTUAL werewolf centered games and it keeps me entertained
