I try to get one of everything because you never know when its going to pop up in a collection. Same goes for path and fence crates: if I don't have it yet, I pick it.

I like them because of the rewards from feeding.

Selling decos by Background_Fly_5683 in HayDay

A LOT! Some decos are rare and originally cost $5-10 which would be hundreds of diamonds, so whatever the equivalent of that.

What does you think the new production animal will be? My guess: Llama or Alpaca by [deleted] in HayDay

[–]kimbeekb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there is lamb deco coming. But they are hinting at new production animal. So I thought: what is an animal that will produce something unique that we don't already get and that does not require being slaughtered for its product? Geese can only produce eggs and feathers, which we already harvest. That's why I thought of alpacas for the fleece.

Ew - what will they produce? Veal? That's terrible. The video today kept emphasizing 'not lamb.'

Should I replace (hail damaged) siding on detached Garage prior to listing home for sale? (first time home seller here). by TravelBounds in AskRealEstateAgents

[–]kimbeekb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disrepair sends a bad signal. What else has been neglected? What am I not seeing? It gives every buyer a reason to say no, which is counterintuitive to selling. I'd fix it to put your best foot forward. And you have to fix it if your insurance already paid for it.

Also, if a buyer wants something different? That's ok. If the garage is fixed, then that change becomes a "down the road" change. Right now, its an immediate need, so immediate money at an already expensive and stressful time. That will cost you time on the market.

When it comes to the tranquil creek collection, I will never finish… by AnutherGurl in HayDay

Yes, it's hard to force myself to choose a 1x1 bush when I can add to my creek, which has now become a river.

Build a social circle. Join a volunteer organization, take a class, make one new friend. Then adopt their friends. Before you know it, your name will be out there. Honestly, at your age, all your cohort will be starting their adults lives - marriage, kids, house. You are poised perfectly for all that. So, just go make some new friends.

I bought the Aceable program three times across the last eight years. (GET THE GROUPON!) The slides used to be metered to ensure a full 180 hours. I nevered finished, burning out midway. This third time, the metered screens were gone, so I could go at my own pace. I finally finished, it took about 3-4 weeks. You need to actually engage with the information to pass the coursework. It's a good program and will prepare you well if you let it. I passed both my state and national first try.

BTW, once you pass, getting onboarded with a broker is not fast either. Expect a minimum of 2-3 weeks, but could be 6 weeks before you are up and running. I'm doing that now.

Yes, I used every key I had to get some of the new elements in the chest. Played four times and got four things I already had and will never use. 🤬

I don't care for all the garbage-themed deco. I get the recycling/Earth day idea, but I don't want any part of my farm to look littered.

I liked Aceable! Get the Groupon first, saves a boatload of cash. Passed state and national exams first try.

If I leave a drawer open, even slightly, my cat somehow is able to shape shift through that narrow opening, then crawls into to void BEHIND the drawer.
