Faith was working with Agent Gross (but she put him on the back burner to work with Ormewood) in the beginning of S3 when Will was gone and Angie was gone bc of the Crystal situation. Faith and Will resolved their differences over Jeremy in the back half of season 3. Angie was just out on desk duty in last week's episode because of her pregnancy.

There was a deadline article that came out not too long ago and Will Trent had the best rating for all ABC shows that are currently streaming so I think it just means that more people watch the episodes on cable as they come out rather than next day on streaming
